Modern 84 is a larger frame-modular house with two 14 m² bedrooms, a bathroom and a large open kitchen-living area. A two-part terrace - 17 m² partly covered at the end and a fully open 24 m² along the house - extends the living space outside. Suits a family of 2 to 5 or glamping use, intended for year-round living.
Two 14 m² bedrooms and the large open kitchen-living create a clear day/night zoning.
The 17 m² end terrace and the 24 m² side terrace give two distinct outdoor zones - sheltered and fully open.
A visually flat parapet roof hides a single-slope metal construction - a contemporary, restrained silhouette with a concealed drainage slope.
Per manufacturer data, the model is suited to both Northern and Southern European climates. Final year-round suitability depends on the selected package, the site and destination-country requirements.
The detailed floor plan will be published after the manufacturer's confirmation.

A long open terrace along the main side of the house, 24 m². Suited for dining, sun and larger gatherings. Fully open, no roof.
An interactive floor plan with hotspots will be added once the manufacturer sends the drawings.
