2. Acceptance of terms
By using the site you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not agree with the terms, please do not use the site.
3. Purpose of content
Models, packages, prices, technology and process descriptions on this site are informational. They help you orient yourself and prepare a request. The site is not a public offer within the meaning of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act.
4. Offer and contract
Final price, package contents, delivery and timing are confirmed in the written offer and then in the contract. Verbal information, screenshots, interim correspondence and earlier versions of an offer do not replace the current written offer. Prices on the site may change as materials and the supply chain change.
5. Handling enquiries
Data submitted via the request form is processed as described in the privacy policy. We aim to reply within one business day but do not guarantee a specific response time.
6. Intellectual property
Text, design, drawings, photos and other visuals on this site belong to SBHOUSE.EE / SMALL BIG HOUSE OÜ or are used with permission. Copying, republishing or commercial reuse without prior written consent is prohibited. Saving or printing a page for personal use (such as comparing offers) is allowed.
7. Prohibited use
It is prohibited to: • scrape the site in volumes that burden the server; • attempt to bypass security measures or run load tests without prior agreement; • use the content in a deceptive, malicious or rights-infringing way; • submit the request form with false data on behalf of third parties.
8. Limitation of liability
Site content is provided on an “as is” basis. We try to keep it accurate and up to date but are not liable for possible typos, outdated information or temporary technical outages. The user bears responsibility for decisions made based on the site content if not confirmed by a written offer. For a specific project, the terms of the written offer and contract apply.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are first sought to be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is settled by Harju County Court. A consumer may also turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee (komisjon.ee) or the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
