House models

A model is a useful starting point, not a final answer to every question. The right choice depends on use, plot, comfort level and package. If some details are not clear yet, they can be clarified during the request.

How to read the catalog

A catalog should not be a trap of choice

The catalog is not there to make the client guess the perfect model at once. It helps to grasp the scale quickly: how many square metres are needed, how many rooms are enough, whether a terrace matters, whether compactness or a more generous layout fits better.

Clear order
Fewer surprises
Written offer

A model is best seen as a starting point for the conversation. We look at what already fits, what can be adapted, and which changes need a separate check on structure, logistics and engineering.

This approach saves time: the client does not choose blindly but moves step by step toward a solution that can actually be produced, delivered and assembled.

House types

Before choosing a model - which technology fits?

Each type solves a different task - scale, budget, install time and finish. Open the short guide on the right and move on to the models.

Technology is not a matter of taste - it sets the timeline, the package edge and later maintenance.

Shared logic

What the four starting models have in common

Different square metres, same underlying logic. Below are the decisions that already apply to all four models before we start tuning the package to your plot.

01

Frame-modular logic

Kiln-dried structural timber, stone-wool insulation in walls, roof and floor, metal roof and conifer wood plank facade.

02

Finishing is included

Interior and facade finishing belong to the package. Kitchen and other furniture are not included unless the written offer says otherwise.

03

Foundation and transport separate

Calculated per site, within the EU by individual calculation, and confirmed in the written offer.

04

Final scope in the written offer

Package scope, window placement and finish colors are confirmed only after they are aligned with your project.

Next steps

Does one of these models match the logic of your house?

Tell us briefly which model looks interesting and where the plot is. We reply with a written clarification and the next steps.
